The PhoneRecoder makes changing array phone codes simple and quick.
If you need to change all the phone codes in your contacts list or a number of Russian phone city codes, you can use this simple program to make the convenient conversion. All city codes in phone numbers that are picked up for recoding can be replaced such as 095 can be changed to 495. All your contact numbers stored within Microsoft Outlook, Windows address book, phone book of cellular phones, PDA, mail services in the web like Yahoo Mail, GMail, @mail.ru and so on can be easily changed. You can present the input data from Microsoft Outlook 2000, XP and 2003 in values which are separated by commas and vcards. This program is very user-friendly and is applicable to users of all mobile phone, PDA and mail clients.
For better user-friendliness the product is accompanied by user manuals in both English and Russian.

Russia changes array phone codes. All array codes that have a first symbol
zero will be changed. Number four replaces the first symbol in array codes.
For example, array code of Moscow changes from 095 to 495. There is large
quantity of phone numbers in contacts of Microsoft Outlook, Windows address
book, phone book of cellular phones, PDA, mail services in the web like
Yahoo!Mail, GMail, @mail.ru and so on. If you have big numbers of contacts
in Russia, a manual recoding of phones will take a great lot of time.

perform recoding phone arrays quick and easy. InspiritSystems PhoneRecoder
can use contacts of MS Outlook 2000, XP, 2003, and it can transform data
presented in formats Comma Separated Values (CSV) and vCard.
